What is the purpose of AMSF? The AMSF, a 501 (c)(3) volunteer organization that is affiliated with the Cobb County Schools Foundation, was established in 2013 to help offset some of the shortfalls created by the budget cuts and provide enhanced educational opportunities that otherwise would not be part of the Awtrey instructional curriculum.
Does the AMSF have a mission? Yes, the mission of the AMSF is to fund projects such as technology enhancement, supplemental and/or enriched curriculum, student services and other initiatives.
How can I get involved? We will have numerous volunteer needs including assistance with our 5K race held annually every spring, fundraising, and help organizing our 50th year celebration.
How can I donate? Checks may be written to AMS Foundation and delivered directly to the school’s front office or mailed to:

Be sure to designate Awtrey Middle School Foundation by scrolling to Local School Funds and clicking Awtrey Middle School Fund.
